How to Create and Use Contact Searches

This article will guide you on how to create, edit, review, and save a contact search.

Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Then, select ‘Contacts.’


Adding Keywords

You may enter the key term(s) into the search box below. Each term, by default, are “or” statements. Example: The image below is searching for purchase orders that say “purchasing” OR “procurement.”


Using Filters

You can also filter the contacts further. The most commonly used filters will be displayed on the left-hand side of the search.


Saving a Search

Save the search by pressing the ‘SAVE’ tab to the right of the ‘SEARCH’ button. You will be required to enter a name for the search, then press ‘SAVE’ again.

NOTE: The search name of ‘My Contacts Search’ is for illustration purposes only. The name can be anything that you wish.
