How to Export a Search

This article will detail how to export a new or existing search.

Exporting a New Search

Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Then, select the desired search method.


Once you've run the search and generated the desired data you now have the option to export it. Click the 'Export' button located above the search box.


A 'Create Export' pop-up will appear. Simply name your search, set the export type, and click submit.


After selecting ‘SUBMIT,’ you should be taken directly to the ‘EXPORTS’ page.


From this page, you will see each export file that has been created under your company account. Locate the name of the search that you exported, then select ‘Download File.’


Exporting an Already Saved Search

Hover your cursor over the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Then, select ‘Saved Searches.’


Once you are viewing your saved searches, select the arrow icon under the search that you wish to export results for.


A pop-up will appear on your screen. Here, you will see the following options:

Purchase Orders: This will export all of the data within the purchase orders into your saved search.
Agency Stats: This will export agency name, number of purchases, total purchase spend, etc.
Company Stats: This will export company name, number of sales, total sale value, etc.
Agency Contacts: This will export all of the contact details aggregated into your saved search.

Select the desired type of export, then select ‘SAVE.’

After selecting ‘SAVE,’ you should be taken directly to the ‘EXPORTS’ page.


From this page, you will see each export file that has been created under your company account. Locate the name of the search that you exported, then select ‘Download File.’


Once all of the above steps have been completed, the export will be saved to your computer with a file extension of .CSV, which is a comma separated variable file. This file is opened using a standard spreadsheet application on your computer for editing purposes, such as deleting or filtering columns.
