Search By NAICS Code

In this article, you will learn how to search by NAICS code. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) was developed for use by Federal agencies for the collection, analysis and publication of statistical data related to the US Economy.

Please Note: Mainly Federal agencies will use NAICS codes. If you want to see more than just federal, it is recommend to search bids or spending by the product or service instead of by NAICS code.

'NAICS Code' Filter

When starting a new bid or spending search, you will have the option to use the 'NAICS Code' filter. To do this, start by finding the filters to the left of your search, then, click on 'Add Custom Filter.'


Then, type in "NAICS" and click on the highlighted result below the search bar.


Back in your search, you will now see the 'NAICS Code' filter. Search your desired code, click 'Find' and click the check box to the left of the code.


Finally, click 'APPLY FILTER' below the filter.



Once the above steps are completed, your search will display results where the NAICS code exists.
